Web sitings
Becoming a patron for the Clermont Chambers web site is an inexpensive
and easy way to increase your companys exposure. For a nominal fee,
you receive a listing containing your companys address, phone numbers,
and a brief description of your services. You can also request a link to
your existing web site or e-mail address. If you dont have a web site,
we can create a page that will further describe your business to potential
customers. This incredible offer is for Chamber members only, so for more
information contact the Chamber or MacMillan Graphics today.
A penny saved
Here are 4 cost cutting tips for your company
s newsletter.
- Use a standard size paper. They are letter (8.5 x 11),
legal (8.5 x 14), and ledger (11 x 17).
- Mass print your second color. Print several issues worth
of sheets with items that dont change. We can then imprint each issues
copy by using our high quality Xerox 5090.
- Produce your own camera-ready art. If you feel confident
in your design skills and have a computer, you can avoid typesetting charges
by creating your own art. Keep in mind that this art should be ready to
print and require no changes. Also, if your newsletter is printed in two
colors, you need to use a program that will separate the colors.
- Supply us with computer files rather than paper art.
If you cant supply camera ready art, supply the desired copy on disk.
Call to find out which of your programs are compatible with one we may
use.

Web tip
When linking outside web sites to your own, look for sites whose information
would be an enhancement or a benefit to your reader. Decide if you want
to give certain sites prominent recognition by featuring them in a special
article on your site or by showcasing them in a graphic element. Perhaps
they will just appear on a separate page full of recommended links to other
information. But be careful about where you place these external links.
You dont want to give people a reason to leave your site too quickly.
