Presenting folders...
Making a lot of presentations? We've got great news for you! Short run, custom presentation folders don't have to take a bite out of your marketing budget. By partnering with companies that specialize in folders, MacMillan Graphics can ensure our customers the highest quality at the best price. We offer over-sized folders, expandable folders, embossing, foil stamping, die-cutting...the list of possibilities is endless.

Digital art blues...
Now that so many of our customers are supplying camera ready art to us on disk, one question keeps coming up: "What is the best way to save my document?" The answer is simple...PostScript files. The best way to ensure the compatibility of a disk with any computer is to save it as a PostScript file. A PostScript file is compatible in both Macintosh and IBM environments. If you are unsure about how to create a PostScript file, please give us a call and we will send you a summary detailing the process for the most popular Mac and IBM software programs.

Let's get personal...
Direct mail is the most personal of all advertising mediums. In spite of this, direct mail remains the least expensive and one of the most effective methods of staying in front of your prospects and customers. Make your company "the name to remember" by developing and maintaining a consistent direct mail program; just one mailing a month would keep your company name in the front of your customer's mind.

Speaking of mail...
The United States Postal Service is updating the Bulk Mail (soon to be referred to as Standard Mail) process. All changes will go into effect July 1. Our "mail team" recently attended a seminar sponsored by the Post Office. We are well versed in the changes so that we can continue to meet postal requirements and help to ensure you get the lowest possible postage rate. We will keep you advised as to how these changes will affect you on a case by case basis.

Quote of the month...
