Fresh start
Dynamic Graphics offers these tips for refreshing your companys
stationery:
- Remember that the letternot your graphics or design
should be the focus of your letterhead.
- Limit fonts to one or two on a stationary design.
- Create a hierarchy of information, particularly on business
cards. Dont make recipients hunt for the information they need.
- Include as much contact information as possible on each
piece of your stationery.
- Screened graphics that will run behind the body of the
typed letter should be five percent or less in screen value.
- Use the highest quality paper you can affordit
reflects well on your organization.
- Consider die-cutting, embossing, debossing, thermography
or foil stamping for your design only if appropriate. Otherwise, its
just expensive and useless.
