Note-worthy pads...
Advertising specialties with your company name, logo, and phone number are a great way to remind people of your product or service. Note pads are an inexpensive way to make sure your name stays on your customer's or prospect's desk. . . maybe even passed around their office. Call us if you want more information on this effective promotional item.

Postage prowess...
A few design changes may help you save money with the new postal regulations. The Postal Service now requires that all folded mail be tabbed (held together on the open side). Because of the way mail is processed, the way a piece is folded can make a difference in its handling. If your mailer is folded from 8 1/2 X 11 to a smaller size, the folded side should be at the bottom as you are reading the address label. When it is, you only need one tab instead of the two you need when the open side is at the bottom. If you want to know more about the new postal regulations, or if you want to set up a monthly mail piece, please give us a call and we'll be happy to help.

Marketing tips...
Here are a few bits of information you might find interesting: Long copy works as well as short copy. Vague headlines reduce effectiveness by 11% while humor adds 10%. Newness adds an average of 24%. Recipes can add 29%, coupons boost persuasion 26%, and using just one frame from your TV commercial increases impact by 42%.

Bein' green...
We all want to be a friend to our environment. The paper industry is answering that movement with new tree-less papers. Fox River's new stock, "Tree Free", is made out of a tropical grass. Crane & Co. has come out with two new 100% recycled papers; "Denim Blues" made from 100% recovered cotton denim; and "Old Money" made with recycled United States currency.

Quote of the month...
